Good day, I recently noticed a charge for Ai content starter on my credit card. I am requesting a refund please as I have not used this service and I thought I had successfully disabled automatic renewal.

Sorry to disappoint, but our refund policy does not extend for renewal subscriptions. Before the renewal happens, our system sends out an email 7 days before the actual charge so the users can cancel their subscription(s).

We sent out an email reminder 7 days prior to the charge. Did you not receive that? Please let us know. We are here to assist.
No these were not received. Only promotional mails regarding the pro upgrade were received. If I had received any renewal mails I would have immediately canceled as I don’t use this anymore. This is ridiculous!
I would say that its very unfair to have been charged for something i was unaware of
