You may also refer to the steps below to fix this type of issues:
1. Please ensure that you are using the latest version of Rank Math plugin. If not yet, please do update them. You may refer to our changelog page here: https://rankmath.com/changelog/
2. Then, try re-activating your Rank Math plugin. To do that, navigate to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.


3. Lastly, head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.
With that said, if you still wish to proceed with your refund request, just let us know here and we will do the needful.

As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.
If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.
For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
