Refund for AI Contents Credits Starter Pack

    Hello,

    I have recently purchased (4th October 2023) your AI Contents Credits Starter Pack (5000 Credits) but so disappointed as on very 1st day finished almost all (only 37 left) by just checking features on my products. It used 500 credits with your one click (searches) on my only 1 product and even not used on other features. So I was bare handed after few clicks and only 37 credits left now which is unbelievable. As I was working on my website and now have to wait for whole month to get them reset.
    So please refund me in full as I do not like your plan at all.

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
