    I want a refund. the application is two pennies, not worth a penny. I lost more than half of the indexed pages, I asked for support and I didn’t receive it, although it says that I have 24/7 support
    It’s a joke. You just have a shitty chatbot

    I want a refund plus what was withdrawn from the account today. and I want to know why money was withdrawn from my account today if I paid for the whole year


    today I noticed that an amount of 59 euros was withheld from my account. I do not understand why . The subscription was paid for the whole year. it does not specify anywhere that any fee must still be paid monthly. therefore I want you to return my money. the reason is clear, the lack of transparency you show and the problems that appeared on my website after installing this application. (indexing in Google from 1000 pages to 600 ) I want the money urgently without absolutely any other story of yours. I also want compensation because my site because of you has a tangent of decrease

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
