Redirects not working

    I have been through every troubleshooting guide I can find on redirects not working, but so far nothing is working for a certain segment of the redirects on a site we’re working on. Many of the redirects on the site are working just fine, so it’s strange that there is a segment that is not.

    This is one of the pages in question:

    I have this setup as a 301 and have debugging turned on, but no matter what I try, no URLs in this group of redirects will work or even register with the debugger.

    I have also recreated the database tables (twice) and nothing seems to be registering.

    Please help!
