Redirections not redirecting – going to the same link

    Hi, I have added redirects with various ‘types’, some of these are working and some aren’t. The automatic ones created by RM are working and some created by me are too, but majority are not.

    I have read some other help pages about clearing the cache, enabling debug redirections, regenerating tables and disabling redirect attachments,

    However I am at a loss with what to do and I don’t have the technical knowledge to fully understand where I am going wrong,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. Iā€™m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    I’ve tried creating the redirect source, but it seems to be working fine on our test install. Please check the screenshot in the sensitive data section.

    For troubleshooting, please try removing the first slash in the source URL and only input partsearch.aspx?search….

    I have managed to replicate that Screen shot you sent, when the URL does not contain any punctuation, i.e. ? or = ,

    However, when I have tried it on the link in the SD box, it does not redirect?

    I have removed / before the URL I want to redirect

    I will attach a photo of what I mean šŸ™‚

    Hello,

    I’ve checked your site, and it seems that it is running on a Microsoft server.

    Could you please check this one with your web host if they are serving .aspx URLs which may prevent the redirects from Rank Math?
