Redirections Inconsistently Working

Could you share some of the redirections (the source and the target URLs) in the Sensitive Data section so we can check the kind of redirections you were doing? (So we can give you advice or ask to log in if we think we need to check it deeper)

I think we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

There seems to be an issue with the redirections you had added given some are working and some aren’t. If you rewrite the redirection anew they seem to work. For instance the redirection for contact/london/ doesn’t seem to work but when I added the recreated the redirect, it seems to work just fine. Could you please check this and let us know.

To test the redirection, I enabled the Redirection plugin temporarily and used the redirections you had added there to test Rank math Redirection module. If you have Rank math redirection enabled, you can check the redirections list in Rank math > Redirections.

No other changes were made.
