Redirections added but not working

    Hi guys! My name is Phuti from the The TEFL Academy. I am the SEO manager there and I having issues with the redirection module. I have added redirects but they are not registering. Nothing happens after I had added them and test them.

    I have tried to troubleshoot using the ideas here – https://support.rankmath.com/ticket/redirection-not-working-46/ but nothing is working.

    Any ideas would appreciated.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    If they are not appearing after adding, this is usually caused by missing redirection tables that were not created on your website’s database.

    To verify that, head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > System Status > Rank Math and make sure that the redirection tables are created on the website:

    In case they are not created, head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the recreate database tables button.

    Once done, try creating redirects again.
