Redirection Not Working?

Trying to use Redirection to update current Google Search results from old pages to pages on a new WP site. Here’s an example:

Old Link: https://www.chicagolandhabitat.org/site/PageServer?pagename/contact_chfh
Redirection: contains ‘contact_us’
New Link: https://chicagolandhabitat.org/contact-us/

Why is this not working?

Hello,

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

The Old link you shared doesn’t contain any “contact_us” hence, the redirection is not working.

If this is the old URL: https://www.chicagolandhabitat.org/site/PageServer?pagename/contact_chfh

The redirection rule should be set like so:
