Hello,
I’m sorry to hear that you are facing issues enabling the redirection module on your website. This problem might occur if you are using an older version of Rank Math. In the older version, you had to save your settings after enabling a module for the changes to take effect.
To resolve this, I recommend updating Rank Math to the latest version. In the latest version, any module you enable should be activated instantly without the need to save settings separately. Updating to the latest version should provide you with the best experience and resolve the issue you are facing.
If updating doesn’t solve the problem, please let us know by replying to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.
Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to our attention.

I have done the update of the plugin still it is now allowing the redirect module to enable.
Hello,
In this case, please check if there’s some security rule inside your .htaccess file which may prevent saving the settings.
You can also use the default .htaccess file from here: https://wordpress.org/support/article/htaccess/
Please do take a complete backup of your website before modifying your .htaccess as it is a sensitive file.
If the issue persists, you may also check if your website has the ModSec
(ModSecurity) feature enabled on your server as it can block some bots from accessing your site.
Let us know how this goes.
