Redirect not working - Support

I had an issue with a page that kept redirecting me to the parent page whenever I clicked on the link. So I firstly went to the rank math dashboard general settings, then to redirections and looked if there were mistakes made in regards to placing https://www.brandmat.co.za/products/rubber-mats/ as the destination url for the https://www.brandmat.co.za/products/rubber-mats/rubber-matting/ but that was not the case. I decided to remove the rubber mats as a parent page to see if the redirect matter would change but it didn’t. Then I renamed the url to https://www.brandmat.co.za/products/rubber-matting-flooring/ but the page does not display anything due to being redirected many times. I tried the debug redirection but it did not help much since I am not the administrator for the website.

Please help.
