We are experiencing two issues on our site, sixstarsvc.com.
1. Importing a bulk redirect file is not working. The file was accepted without errors, but 0 rows were imported.
2. A number of our redirects are simply not working. They are still going to a 404 error page. Two example redirects set up but not working:

Also, we have compiled a number of common issues that can affect your Rank Math redirections, please follow this guide and see if any of the suggested solutions work for you.
- Check if the Rank Math redirections tables are created on your site. You can do this by going to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and clicking on the Recreate Missing Database Tables button. This will ensure that your redirections are stored properly in the database.
- Clear your site and server cache. Sometimes, caching plugins or server-side caching can interfere with the redirection process and show you outdated or incorrect pages. You can try clearing your cache and refreshing your site to see if that helps.

Regarding the redirection issues, please verify if the redirection tables are created by heading over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > System Status > Rank Math:
If they are missing, please click this button in Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools to recreate the tables:

This could be also related to your 404s that are set for file types like

Can you please share that CSV file with us so we can check why the bulk upload is not working properly? You can upload the CSV file you are trying to import via this tool and share the URL here.
Meanwhile, the system that imports the redirections relies on scheduled actions to import the CSV data into the website. Please install the WP Crontrol plugin and navigate to WP Dashboard > Tools > Cron Events to make sure that the Cron Jobs is working fine on your site.

Can you not find it?I don’t understand why I need to install another plugin to make the RankMath plugin work properly.

However, the plugin we suggested is not for Rank Math. We suggest this plugin to check if the Cron jobs are working properly on your website or not. Cron jobs are the function to run scheduled tasks on the website and it is also necessary to import the CSV file on your site.

There was an empty string or white space in the “destination” cell. This was the reason the CSV file was not imported successfully:
We were able to remove this space and imported the file successfully:

Kindly attempt importing the file now. To avoid such formatting issues in the future you can first export a redirection CSV and then use it for the new imports.
