Please note that the auto post redirection from Rank Math only works for the slug of the URL, not for the permalink structure or the actual base.
In this case, you’ll have to create the redirections manually, or if possible, you can create a regex redirection on your website after changing the permalink structure. For more details on regex redirection, you can check this URL: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-use-regex-redirects/
If you’re not sure how to create the regex redirection, you can share some old and new URLs of your website so that we can assist you in creating this.
Regarding the uninstall, you can safely do it because all the data are saved on your database. So, even if you uninstall the Rank Math plugin, you’ll not lose any of your settings or redirections.
