Received Email that my RM Subscription was Deactivated?

    Hi RM Support,

    I just received an email this morning that my RankMath subscription had been deactivated? I confirmed just 2 days ago the subscription was active and that the payment method had been saved and updated, now I get this email?

    Can you please help me resolve this issue?

    It seems like the payment for the renewal didn’t go through and that’s why the subscription expired. Please purchase a new subscription from our site to continue using the premium features on your site.

    You will not lose any settings or data due to this.
