We regret to inform you that our refund policy does not cover renewal subscription charges. Our system sends out an email 7 days before the actual charge, allowing users to cancel their subscriptions before the renewal occurs.
To downgrade to the FREE plan, please follow the guide listed at https://rankmath.com/kb/cancel-subscription/. When you cancel your plan, you will still have access to premium Rank Math features for the duration you have already paid for.
We sent an email reminder 7 days before the charge. Did you not receive this email? Please let us know, and we will be happy to assist you further.

Firstly please can you provide me with evidence of the agreement for auto renewal.
Secondly please provide me with the evidence of a 7 day reminder email as I currently have no record of this email.

All of our products are billed annually and auto-renewed annually as well. You can find this information on the pricing page where you made your purchase and it is also mentioned in the terms and conditions that you accepted upon your purchase.
We usually send a 7-day reminder before auto-renewing any subscription but we understand that sometimes our reminder emails about the upcoming auto-renewal may not reach you due to technical issues. In the rare instance that the reminder email doesn’t reach you and your subscription is auto-renewed, we are happy to issue a refund.
If you believe that you did not receive the reminder email, please share any information or screenshot to that effect and we’ll look into the matter and assist you in any way we can.

Hello,
As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.
If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.
For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
As of the month date, you won’t be able to access those premium features we refunded.
