Dear Team,

I am using Rankmath’s Table of contents block in my posts. Be default it displays in expanded view. meaning all the content headlines are visible by default. But I want to show in collapsible mode. When i click on that then only it should expand. I checked for options but not available . Is there any workaround or any script is available with you? Pls share if you have. By the way Rankmath is super plugin which is doing on page seo superbly.

Great effort by rankmath team. excellent product. I am using free version but I am happy with features it provides in free version also. I am a new blogger even i am learning seo by using rankmath plugin.

To make the Table of Contents block in Rank Math collapsible, you can add a small piece of code to your theme’s functions.php file and some CSS to your theme’s style.css file. Here are the steps to achieve this:
1. Open your theme’s functions.php file.
2. Add the following code to the file:

I have not found css for the above related php code. Please share the css also so it will be helpful in implementing the above issue. Bot forgot to attach css code.

After adding the php code and css the toc block gets overlapped with para below it. Please suggest the solution.

Can you please remove all the codes that were added/suggested earlier and try the below codes to see if that works for you?

Step #1

Add Collapsible Table of Contents CSS to your site :
