I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I am facing with RankMath on my website, forex-house.com. Upon updating the slugs on my website and in the theme, I noticed that the changes did not reflect in the RankMath sitemap. Specifically, the URL in question is https://forex-house.com/casino-sitemap.xml, which should now be updated to reflect the new slug “Brokers”

To assist you in troubleshooting this issue, I will provide the necessary login credentials (email and password) for the website in a secure manner. Additionally, please rest assured that I have backups of all relevant data, so any changes can be made with confidence.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. If possible, could you provide guidance on how to ensure that the RankMath sitemap accurately reflects the changes made to the slugs on my website?

2. Check for any unintended rules in the robots.txt file that might be blocking the sitemap URL. You can verify this by going to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → robots.txt.
3. If you have custom canonicals set up, it might affect the sitemap generation. Rank Math includes a self-referencing canonical for all posts set to Index. If you have custom canonicals, they may not appear in the sitemap.

We can see that the sitemap is updated to reflect the new slug “Brokers” by the time we checked as shown in the image below:

Unfortunately, the problem persists. The issue is not with the page you showed in the image, but rather with the previous page where it still says “casino.” I have attached a screenshot for your reference to illustrate the exact problem.

Could you please assist in updating this specific section so it correctly reflects the new slug “Brokers”?

Hello,

That is taken from the CPT name and that still is called casino in the settings and you can see the same in the URL when you access the backend list page:

You would need to modify the CPT to a different name to be able to change the sitemap slug as well.
