    Hello, We just recently installed RankMath and are loving it, but we have to do this thing where we resize the view in Google Chrome to be able to see all of the settings on the page. If we don’t do this then it doesn’t show the save button or anything that falls lower on the page.

    Do you know what could fix this?

  • Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    Could you please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the issue so we can also see the behavior when it is enabled?

    For screenshots, you can use this tool and share the generated link here so we can check and advise accordingly.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    Thank you for that screencast.

    We have tested the latest version of Rank Math on Safari, but we’re not able to replicate the issue you are encountering.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), this could be caused by conflicting plugins or active theme on your site.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

    Here is a video you can follow as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FcIWRhcUP2c

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Let us know how this goes.

    Hello, I think we got a fix. If you think this may cause a greater issue we aren’t aware of please share.

    Changed this file:
    /wp-content/plugins/seo-by-rank-math/assets/admin/css/common.css?ver=1.0.121.1

    Changed this CSS:
    .rank-math-page #wpwrap {
    overflow: hidden;
    background: #f0f2f4

    Changed CSS “hidden” to “show”:
    .rank-math-page #wpwrap {
    overflow: show;
    background: #f0f2f4

    Hello,

    Thank you for getting back to us.

    The only issue you might have is when the plugin gets updated, you’ll lose your edits and would have to change the file again. In any case, we’re happy this worked for you – if you have anything else you need help with, please let us know.

    Thank you for your patience and cooperation
