Upon diagnosing the issue, I’ve figured out that the “Advanced kadence button” that comes with kadence blocks is the culprit. So, whenever you put advanced kadence button in any post or page, the rankmath scores get corrupted, maybe because of some conflict.
You can check the same on any staging/local website.
Please fix the issue in upcoming updates.

I have the same issue. It worked perfectly fine before. I don’t know if Kadence updated or if Rank Math did, but it needs to be fixed!
I have the same issue and came to the same conclusion: Kadence Advanced Button messes up rankmath which is a bummer.

In this case, we suggest you contact Kadence Blocks support and inform them about this issue as it is coming from their end.
You can request to include the changes below in their next release/version:
/includes/blocks/class-kadence-blocks-advancedbtn-block.php at L534 to include the necessary deps (word count was not auto updating unless one reloads the page) (Kadence will find a better fix to this)
