  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

The Redirections settings shouldn’t appear like this before your Analytics settings. For troubleshooting assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Here is a video you can follow as well:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

If the issue persists, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

We logged in to yor site using the login link provided and we were able to identify the issue.

The Rank Math SEO PRO plugin is outdated and needs to be updated to the latest version.

However when we tried to update the PRO plugin, it threw a PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10): Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature error.

This error usually occurs due to one of the reasons mentioned below.

    1. There’s an issue with the zip file you’re uploading.

    2. You try to update the PRO version while connected to the free account on your website.

    3. WordPress doesn’t have enough memory on a webserver to unzip and upload the zip file contents.

You can go through this knowledgebase article on how to fix PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10): Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature error for more troubleshooting tips.

Once the above issue is resolved please retry to update the Rank Math SEO plugins and keep them updated to the latest versions always.

You can verify from the the change logs for the latest versions of “PRO and Business” and “Free

We also noticed that you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?

We hope that helps, and please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

    Thank you.
