Also, we suggest that you try the following steps to see if they resolve the issue. These steps will ensure that your website URL is correctly configured and that your Rank Math account is properly connected.
- Go to WordPress > Settings > General and make sure the WordPress URL is the exact same as Site URL. Even minor differences, such as www or https, would cause issues. Make sure they are identical.
- Go back to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and disconnect your account if it is already connected.
- Still in Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, connect your account again by clicking “Connect”.
