Rankmath not recognizing subheading for a specified theme

Hi,

I am using Mitech WordPress theme and your plugin for SEO. I noticed that the plugin is asking me to use the keyword as subheading h3, h4…etc. However, those are already present by the theme but Rankmath is not recognizing those.

Can you help me with this issue?
