RankMath not compatible with my site

    Hello team! I have installed RankMath yesterday and when the plugin is enabled mi site doesn’t work. I can only open the Home Page, but when I try to go to other page of the site it only loads the Menu and the Footer but not the content.
    I tried searching the solution online, but I failed every time. I found this (https://notasusual.co/rank-math-wpbakery-sitemap-fix/) and didn’t solve the problem. I tried with the troubleshooting mode and both when I tried to enable RankMath or my Theme the Notice was the same “When enabling the plugin, seo-by-rank-math, a site failure occurred. Because of this the change was automatically reverted.”, so I couldn’t find the solution for this.
    The thing is that if in the “normal” mode, I disable RankMath, I can see my site correctly. Previously I had Yoast and I didn’t have any issue 🙁

    It sounds like a really weird issue and we should take a look since it is not normal at all.

    We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    How can I give you a temporary access to my FTP files? I tried creating a new FTP account in Cpanel but it doesn’t loggin… Do I have any other option?

    I tried login using the domain name as the FTP hostname but it seems it doesn’t work. Could you check if you have another IP or hostname (or even a port) to use to log in your FTP?

    Hi,

    I didn’t know that the user didn’t work… I am talking with my hosting provider to try to solve this issue for you to load in the FTP. Once I have a solution I will get back to you, ’cause I don’t know why isn’t working…

    In the meantime, didn’t you see something that can solve my issue in my WordPress? because that url did work.

    Hello,

    I disabled WordFence and SuperCache and then I was able to run the Rank Math setup wizard. After that I enabled both plugins and set the WordFence firewall in Learning Mode (so it will learn to don’t block Rank Math requests).

    After doing all of that, your problem still happened: every other page (except the home page) was not loading. So I went to the dev console and I saw a Javascript error caused by your slider plugin: Slider Revolution.

    Once I disabled it, everything is loading fine (as you can see now), so it seems it was not an issue of Rank Math but an incompatibility with your theme by Slider Revolution.

    Could you check it?

    Hi, Alberto,

    I tried now with Slider Revolution disabled and RankMath enabled and I have the same issue. The site doesn’t load (except the Home Page). I tried it in different computers and browsers. If I refresh the page while it is thinking (after 2 minutes thinking) it loads again the Home Page (because it never changed the url even).

    I had Slider Revolution before installing RankMath, and my site worked fine. But still, with this configuration it not working either.

    Regarding the FTP access, it seems to be an issue with some networks, I’ve been able to successfully login into the FTP using a VPN.
    Can you, please, try using a VPN and then try again to access the FTP? If you cannot do that can you share me your IP address to see if it’s blocked by the hosting provider?
