What you are seeing is the Analytics Stats bar. Please note that the banner showing on the top of your website is only visible to logged-in users on your site.
However, to remove the Analytics Frontend Stats Bar, please disable this option in WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics
