FWIW, I turned off every plugin and changed the theme on both sites,… No Joy.
I rolled back the RankMath Plugin on both sites. That solved the issue.
Im not positive what the issue was, but the error logs suggest it was database related.
If you need anything from me let me know. I will live with it for now on old version.

You were correct about the version as we have already identified the issue with the latest version of Rank Math about the Google account connection.
However, our developers are looking into it and will soon release a fix for this. This issue is occurring for many of our users and we expect this to be fixed fairly soon as it’s a high priority.
In the meantime, you can roll back to the previous version of Rank Math in order to avoid this issue.
