    Hi,

Even though i have agreed to all the permissions for rankmath to be able to access all google properties.

I have tried removing the permissions and adding it all over again still no luck.

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to this issue.

Could you please make sure that you are not connecting to Google Search Console via a domain property but rather a URL prefix and that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www)?

Also, please ensure that you have verified your email/account as the owner of the property. Go to your Google Search Console > Settings > Users and permissions

    Permission

Once done, try reconnecting your website in Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics > Reconnect.

Let us know how this goes.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Your setup guide says that it should automatically create search and other necessary google configs. All i need to do is give rankmath the permissions to my google account and that is what i did.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience.

The URL-prefix property also helps keep your sitemap in sync with Google Search Console as we submit it automatically for you. In addition, the domain property won’t work correctly on some sections of the Analytics module such as the IndexStatus.

In this case, please follow our guide here to create the URL Prefix property
    https://rankmath.com/kb/google-site-verification/#num-1-1-open-google-search-console

    Prefix

Then reconnect your site on your WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics.

    Hope that helps.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

For initial troubleshooting, please try to follow the guide below if you are not seeing data in your Analytics module. Let’s try deleting old imported data and start the fresh data fetch. Please follow these steps.

    1. Head over to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Tools & Status > Database Tools and click the Rebuild Index button.

    2. After that, head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics tab, click the Delete Data button and then click the Update Data Manually

    3. This will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.

    4. Once the process is complete. Please re-check the Analytics page and all the data should be showing up correctly.

Following the above steps should fix the issue.

However, if it does not, please check if there is a pending Scheduled Action by heading over to WordPress dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending or you can try visiting the following URL:

    https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler&status=pending

Then Run the rank_math/analytics/data_fetch scheduled action and wait for the data fetch to complete.

This is how it should look like:

Once done, please allow Rank Math a while to fetch data from Google and you should be able to see the updated data.

You might see other actions that are scheduled to RUN as well, it is quite normal and you don’t have to worry.

Let us know how that goes.

    Thank you.

    Hello again,

As a follow-up, please check your site’s configuration if there are some PHP values that are too low and need to be increased. This can cause your analytics dashboard to be blank or grey. You can get in touch with your web host and ask them to set the following values (if not yet):

    PHP Memory Limit: 512M
    Max input time: 150
    PHP time limit: 120
    PHP max input variables: 1000

Once done, please reconnect Rank Math with your Google account and grant all the necessary permissions.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.
