Rankmath causing Elementor “Update” button to not work

    I’m running Elementor Pro and Rankmath on 50+ sites.
    After the latest Rankmath update I’m having trouble updating Elementor pages.
    When making a change and hitting the update button it doesn’t get greyed out. It’s still pink and when trying to exit the page it’s prompting me to update.

    I have tried inactivating all plugins in my installation, and when inactivating Rankmath everything works again. Tried it a number of times and on diffrent sites to make sure.
    The problem is caused by the latest Rankmath version.

    And it’s even weirder – because the page DOES get updated on the frontend.
    It’s only the update button that doesn’t recognizes it.

    Big and really annoying problem since Rankmath kicks ass – and do not want to disable it.
    Can you help me?

    Edit: If I reload the page after updating, I get a warning regarding unsaved changes, but after it is loaded again – the update button is greyed out and my changes are intact.
    The issue is that it does not get greyed out
