Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the button to fix the collations in the database: https://rankmath.com/kb/rank-math-status-and-tools/#fix-analytics-table-collations

After that, please head over to the Rank Tracker and see if you can see if that works.
