    Hi there, newbie here. Got reco’d Rank Math and got it working. All seemed well, but then all of the sudden it stopped working and reporting all zeros.

    I started following the troubleshooting here “https://rankmath.com/kb/zero-search-traffic-error/”

    I got to step 4.2. It appears Google Analytics has changed and menu options are different. I did a lot of searching but couldn’t find how to access a section called “view settings”. Is it possible to help point me in the right direction with the current version of GA4? Thank you!

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    In the free version of the Rank Math plugin, we only fetch the data from your Google Search Console, not from your Google Analytics. However, if you’re not able to see any data from your Google Search Console in the Rank Math analytics Dashboard then please try to follow the steps from this guideline and see if that works for you: https://rankmath.com/kb/delete-old-analytics-data/

    If the issue still persists, please follow the steps below to create a troubleshooting log so that we can check the issue further for you.

    1. At first add the following filter to your website:

    add_filter( 'rank_math/analytics/log_response', '__return_true' );

    2. After adding the filter, please run the pending Scheduled Action from your WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending  or you can try visiting the following URL:

    This is how it should look like:

    When some actions have completed running, please check the Analytics log under wp-content/uploads/rank-math and share that with us. You can upload the log file using this tool.

    Going step by step through instructions and I am currently stuck on this sub tutorial

    In step 7 it says

    “You should be getting a similar notice as shown below after 30 seconds of clicking the Save Changes button (page reload required).”

    However, I did not get that notice.

    It also says

    “You can also check the tasks created by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Tasks ”

    When I do that and navigate to the page, I do not see the non repeating occurence in the list like the screen shot.

    Really appreciate any help in potentially solving this. I understand I’m on the free version of the software so any help is a bonus. However, I am certainly interested in the paid version, but would of course want to feel confident that the software works properly before any kind of upgrade.
