Rank Math settings on the taxonomy

Please ensure that you have enabled the SEO Controls for the correct taxonomies in Titles & Meta settings:

However, if the issue still persists, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), this could be caused by conflicting plugins/theme on your site.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
