this hasn;t helped and I think some of the instructions aren’t quite clear.
“Check if Rank Math Rest Route is Blocked:
Sometimes security plugins or firewalls can block the REST route used by Rank Math. You can check this by visiting the following URL in your browser: `https://rankmath.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/settings-updated-message.jpg (replace example.com with your domain name). If you see a response like the one shown in the article, your REST route is not blocked.”

Yes, Rank Math is blocked and I get a message that says “A potentially unsafe operation has been detected in your request to this site”
The tips aren’t helpful because I was not using the wordfence plugin
