This bot answer can’t help me since I reported among other things that I cannot install RM SEO (after it disappeared from my plugin list). And I don’t want to delete my RM folder since our RM settings have been edited many times and I don’t wanna lose all that data.

You mentioned that you’re using Rank Math PRO, but the account you used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.
Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com or the email address you used to purchase so we can locate your account and verify it?
Regarding the issue, you can delete the Rank Math folder in your website’s plugin directory.
Please note that all of the data you have already configured in Rank Math are saved in your database, so there shouldn’t be any data loss upon doing so.

We can’t find the subscription with the transaction code or date. Please share the receipt you must have received from FastSpring or the site’s URL connected to your Rank Math PRO account.
To fix the issue, please follow the steps shared by the bot and remove the folders of our plugin from site’s wp-content/plugins/ folder.

You are logged in from a different account than the one where you have PRO. If you use the same account to login that you shared in the sensitive data area, then you will be able to download PRO, install and activate it using the same account.

I had no need for a download option for PRO 😉
The first suggestions helped, thank you. I renamed the original RM folder, then the RM reinstall worked. Since then I am able to reactivate PRO.
