Would you please confirm are you using Gutenberg plugin? If yes, then we have seen issues with the latest version of Gutenberg plugin and Rank Math. We are working on resolving that issue. In the meantime, you can roll back the Gutenberg plugin to get the analytics page working.
If you aren’t using Gutenberg plugin, then please do a plugin / theme troubleshoot by following this article: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

We’ve seen issues with Gutenberg plugin and our dev team is working on the fix. In the meantime, please rollback the Gutenberg plugin to the older version to analytics working properly. You can use plugin like WP RollBack (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-rollback/) to downgrade the Gutenberg plugin.
As soon as the problem is fixed, we’ll roll out the update on our plugin.
