Thank you for contacting support.
We can see that this account had a PRO subscription until December last year when it was cancelled due to non-payment. The subscription was renewed every year on November 24th but last year it failed and it was eventually canceled after multiple tries on December 7th.
Since that is canceled it cannot be restored but you can purchase a new one that should activate immediately from here: https://rankmath.com/pricing
