Regarding the second notification you got, please note that Whenever a new post type is detected, Rank Math notifies you that you can manage its SEO settings from your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Titles & Meta.
Also, you can modify the Sitemap settings for the post type from your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings.

However, you can dismiss the notification by clicking on the X button on the right side of the notification.
