We did not notice any considerable lag on your site caused by Rank Math. We also tried to add a focus keyword to this Page (XXXXXX/optional-delivery/) using Elementor page builder that was used to create the page’s content. The focus keyword was saved successfully and detects the presence of the focus keyword in the appropriate sections. See images in the Sensitive data section. We have reversed testing changes made to your site
Please note that when you use a page builder such as Elementor to build a page, you have to add the focus keyword from within the Elementor Editor and not from the WordPress Editor (Block/Classic). PageBuilders like Elementor render their content in shortcodes so Rank Math will not be able to read the content outside the builder.
The ‘Add missing ALT attributes’ function in Rank Math does not add the alt text permanently to the image on the backend, rather it adds it dynamically to the frontend. You can check that the Alt text is present by inspecting the code image in your browser after loading its containing page.

It seems the temporary login URL has expired.
From the screen recording you did it seems the change you were referring to is the Site logo and description on Google Search Engine Result Pages (SERPs).
Please note that the changes you make on the site don’t automatically and immediately get updated on Google SERPs. Rather only after Google has recrawled and reindexed the site pages.
Regardless Google can choose to display a different title and description. It is a pretty common thing with Google these days. It happens with 70% of the results and we even have a KB dedicated to this problem and a few solutions we recommend:

Google has made some changes to their algorithm which automatically changes the titles, discarding the one you have set in your SEO title meta tag. This happens regardless of the SEO plugin you are using. We have covered this Google update here:

There was an issue with your plugin, which I had mentioned to you earlier, but you didn’t resolve it. As soon as I deleted your plugin, my problem was solved.
