Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), usually when it happens it is a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

If you are not able to find any conflict, let us know and we will check it for you and find a solution to your issue.
Also, please let us know if you find the culprit.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

I did all the troubleshooting. I installed a default template and activated Rank Math, and it didnt show. There were no other plugins on. I also reinstalled it and it didnt work

It shows Rank Math is working perfectly fine with WP Bakery.
You have to contact your theme provider as it seems like their custom version of WP Bakery is not playing well with Rank Math.
