Hello,
I got this email
“Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Rank Math SEO.

First, visit your website (https://nikolinayoga.org/) and check for any visible issues.”

then they gave me a link for the page where the error was caught. The support guy just deactivated it (which erased all my configuration in the advanced version) and tehy said i can´t have that plugin

When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
WordPress version 5.4.1
Current theme: Bridge Child (version 1.0.0)
Current plugin: Rank Math SEO (version 1.0.43.1)
PHP version 7.0.33

the PHP is now updated to 7.3. something (the newest) case I saw this could cause problems with it

Okay! Could you explain to me the error details? I mean what caused the problem in the first place, cause I see only hieroglyphics..

Hi,

It could be that the plugin didn’t install correctly. Some files might not have been moved to the correct location.

If re-installing doesn’t fix the issue, it would seem that there is another plugin on your website using cmb2.

What that means is that you will need to find that plugin.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Please let me know if you find the culprit.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Hello, thank you for the great explanation!I did everything as explained in the article, but no technical issue email from wordpress so far yaaaaay (I didn´t see the problem myself in the firstplace-just reacted to the email) so I guess it works with re-installment. I hope and wish it does hehe

Hello hello 🙂

I did the troubleshooting and turned on the plugins one by one but afterwards there was nothing unusual, i think few hours after or the next day it was not working..

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
