    Rank Math free

    Hi, a number 1 is appearing at the top of this page. I am told that it is being caused by the Rank Math plugin. Can you advise? thanks

    Hello,

    Thank you for your query, and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    It looks like there is an issue with your website that is not related to Rank Math.

    Once the unnecessary digit is trimmed away from the pages, the plugin will work fine as you might be facing trouble because of the above issue.

    You can ask your developer or web host for assistance to fix this or we would do it for you as well.

    However for us to to fix this issue but we will need both, Word Press login details as administrator and FTP details.

    Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    
    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
