Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Your analytics issue shouldn’t affect your site traffic as Rank Math analytics only takes all this data from your search console, your Google Analytics profile, and from your WordPress website and turns it into meaningful graphs and insights.
Please try to follow the steps below to create a troubleshooting log so that we can check the issue further.
1. At first add the following filter to your website:
add_filter( 'rank_math/analytics/log_response', '__return_true' );
Here is a guide you can follow to add the filter:
https://rankmath.com/kb/wordpress-hooks-actions-filters/
2. After adding the filter, please run the pending Scheduled Action from your WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending:

When some actions have completed running, please check the Analytics log under wp-content/uploads/rank-math and share that with us. You can upload the log file using this tool.
Regarding the site traffic, for initial troubleshooting, we suggest you to check for your Google Search Console coverage section to determine any issues reported on your site:

Also, please note that there was a Google Algorithm core update on March 15, 2023, and many websites were got affected by the recent algorithm update by Google.

If it seems like you may have been affected by an algorithm update, please refer to the following guidelines for how to confirm that and fix it: https://rankmath.com/blog/google-algorithm-update-recovery/.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
