I have tried everything and even uninstall and reinstall. Each time I click on save it comes up with error and block my IP address from accessing the site. Until my server hosting providers fix it again.

In this case, please check if you are using a Firewall as it may prevent saving the changes.
If you are using a Firewall, please whitelist this route:

/wp-json/rankmath/v1/saveModule
