Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have caused.
If the Rank Math index status is not updating, there are a few steps you can take to fix that.
First, delete old imported data:
Go to your WP dashboard > Rank Math > Tools & Status > Database Tools and click the Rebuild Index button.
Now, head over to Rank Math > General settings > Analytics tab and click delete data and click on update data manually.
Once you complete these steps, Rank Math will start fetching data from Google.
Refresh your page and check the analytics page.

You mentioned that you’re using Rank Math PRO but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.
Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com or the email address you used to purchase so we can locate your account and verify it?
Meanwhile, please take a screenshot where you are seeing the old URLs in the IndexNow feature that is not updating so we can check as well.
You can use this tool for uploading screenshots and add the link in the sensitive data section.
