    I have been sending an Email Rank Math customer services many times they guide me how can I solve the problems like Console, Analytics is not getting active I tray 3 difference Emails I think that was the mistake I don’t know.

    We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please open a new ticket here and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    after I have received this email I send you my username and password of my website so please help me to activate Analytics.
    I hope you will help my website to be active Analytics sorry about my poor English

    Hello,

    We are unable to log in to your website admin dashboard using the login details provided in the sensitive data section. The error shows that the ‘username’ is not registered on the site.

    Can you please check this and provide the correct login details?

    Hello,

    Yes, we got the correct login details and were able to log in to your website.

    However, for us to fetch your Google console and analytics data, you need to connect Rank Math with these Google services.

    We logged in and can see that you are yet to connect your website to either the Google Search Console or Google Analytics with all the necessary permissions.

    Firstly, head to your Google account and remove Rank Math permissions: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

    After that please navigate to your WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > General settings > Analytics > and from there click on the “reconnect” link. Don’t forget to provide all required permissions to Rank Math.

    Also, please verify using the URL prefix and ensure that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www).
