Thanks a lot for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
I am afraid it has something to do with your theme.
When I switch to a default theme, Rank Math starts working as normal.
I followed this guide to check:

Also, seems like it is working fine when the code for showing the meta box below the article is removed. The Meta box works fine in the Gutenberg Sidebar.
Could you please talk to your theme provider? In the meantime, I am also going to consult our dev. team about this.

Please enable the Beta update by following this:

If you are unable to see an update, please clear Rank Math’s transients from:
WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Rank Math Transients > Remove transients

Please clear the caches, server, and WordPress after updating.
