Been through the https://rankmath.com/kb/zero-search-traffic-error/ and it doesn’t seem to change things.
I was running the free version of RM and analytics seem to update. Since then 2 things have happened, had it upgraded to agency, and activated the “remove category/remove base” options. Now analytics reverted to 0 and fetching it doesn’t seem to work other than going through about 180 scheduled actions.
Could you please have a look, and let me know why this keeps happening? Will leave the login info in the sensitive data box.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.
Can you please share the email address which you used to purchase the plugin or you can search and forward the receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?
Back to the issue, upon checking your site, I noticed that the scheduled action that fetches the data from Google was set to every 1 week instead of every 3 days so I have gone ahead and fixed that.
However, our plugin can’t seem to store the data in your website’s database. You may need to renew the auth token by reconnecting your Google account. Please try reconnecting your Google account but this time, removing RankMath’s app from your Google apps permissions: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
Then, head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and reconnect the Google service and this time, ensure that all permissions are checked:
After that, please head over to your WordPress dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending or you can try visiting the following URL:
https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler&status=pendingRun the
rank_math/analytics/data_fetchscheduled action and wait for the data fetch to complete.This is how it should look like:
Once done, please allow Rank Math a while to fetch data from Google Analytics and you should be able to see the updated data on Rank Math Analytics dashboard.
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.

The agency version was provided to me by the person who helped me build the website.
Run the rank_math/analytics/data_fetch scheduled action and wait for the data fetch to complete.
Reconnected everything and it started running a fetch. After it finishes, data still shows as 0.
I noticed that when I reconnect, delete data, update data manually for xx days, it will create actions under “Scheduled Actions” which have arguments which look like this:
‘start_date’ => ‘2022-08-26’
‘end_date’ => ‘2022-08-26’
During this moment, data actually starts appearing, and the database size goes from 128kb to a couple of mb.However, the moment the arguments turn into:
0=> ‘/orange-line-bla-bla-bla/’
All data goes back to 0 and the database size goes back to 128kb.Hello,
I started a manual data fetch and the stats are still there even after the fetch is complete:
Please check and let us know if you need any other assistance.
It seemed fixed, but after a few days or so, the data went back to 0. By running “update data manually,” it starts to go through the queue and resets everything to 0.
Data size has increased from 8 to 9mb, but data rows are 0.
So far, any automatic updates don’t do anything, and manual updates seem to reset all data to 0.
Do you have a clue what is going on?
Hello,
In this case, please follow the steps below to create a troubleshooting log so that we can check the issue further:
1. First, add the following filter to your website:
add_filter( 'rank_math/analytics/log_response', '__return_true' );Here is a guide you can follow to add the filter:
https://rankmath.com/kb/wordpress-hooks-actions-filters/2. After adding the filter, please run the pending Scheduled Action from your WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending:
When some actions have completed running, please check the Analytics log under
/wp-content/uploads/rank-mathand share that with us. You can upload the log file using this tool.If you’re unsure about the steps, please add your FTP login information in the sensitive data section so we can check.
Let us know how this goes.
Thank you.
Hello,
I’ve added the wetransfer link of the debug log-in sensitive data as requested. It’s of the first 10 minutes after starting an update, and it’s not populating the database. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
I checked your website and found that the server PHP variables are a bit low. Please contact your host and ask them to increase to the following minimum values:
PHP Memory Limit: 512M Max input time: 150 PHP time limit: 120 PHP max input variables: 1000After that, run the
rank_math/analytics/data_fetchscheduled action one more time and it should run smoothly.Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have questions.
Had it updated by my webhost, and the issue still persists.
This is still what is happening:
I noticed that when I reconnect, delete data, update data manually for xx days, it will create actions under “Scheduled Actions” which have arguments which look like this:
‘start_date’ => ‘2022-08-26’
‘end_date’ => ‘2022-08-26’

0=> ‘/orange-line-bla-bla-bla/’
All data goes back to 0 and the database size goes back to 128kb.I don’t know if anyone worked on this issue between the last post and now, but it appears to be working now. I’ll be sure to give it an update if it’s resolved or if it stops working again.
Hello,
Yes, we worked on it and managed to fetch the data.
However, the reason it wasn’t working automatically could have to do with some conflict with either one or your plugins or your theme.
We tried finding the conflicting plugin but to proceed further, we will need the FTP details.
If the data doesn’t update again, please share your FTP details as well so we can take a closer look at the issue.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Hello,
I’ve added the SFTP data. Added IP, website, and hostname, as I’m not sure which one GoDaddy requires nowadays, and CS gives contradicting answers.
After the automatic update, the newly added data went back to 0. Old data still remains though. But I’m sure the moment I do a manual update, everything goes back to 0.Thank you.
Hello,
We are sorry about the issue you have been facing.
However, it seems like the issue is caused because of your theme, Porto. If you switch to any other theme, you will notice that the issue goes away.
In this case, we would recommend getting in touch with the theme developer and see if they have encountered such issue in the past and might recommend a solution.
Alternatively, you can switch to another theme.
Hope that helps.
I’ve updated the theme to the latest version, and it seems I can manually update the data without loss. It might’ve been related to the theme, which was still working a few months ago. I will see if the next scheduled update will break things again.
Thank you all
Hello,
Sure, when the next update runs on the website if the data gets reset again you can ping us so we can verify if the situation still remains the same with your current theme.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
