That problem isn’t about homepage. Also btw, i cannot do that this way because:
The static page is set as the home page (WP Dashboard > Settings > Reading). To add an SEO title, description and meta for your home page, click here: Edit PageHome Page

When you use quote marks for the focus keyword those should be removed automatically from the focus keyword as we don’t support that.

Search Engines are smart enough to understand your focus keyword has quotation marks as they check your website’s live version.
