The ones with the PRO badge on that article are not available in the Free version of the plugin.

The option I require is not a pro option and should work on free. Please see screenshot below of your website without the pro badge on option ‘5.5 Advanced Quick Edit Options’ and showing an image of the RankMath options visible.

Hi,
I have now purchased the pro version. However, I can still only edit one product at a time. I did say I required a bulk edit feature where I can add multiple products at a time to 1 primary category.
Currently, I would have to manually click onto each product (over 800) and manually add one-by-one each primary category.
I will either need a refund for the pro version, or a solution that enables me to add products to primary categories in bulk.

It appears you have yet to install the Rank Math PRO plugin in addition to the Rank Math FREE version already on your site. Please go to your Rank Math PRO account https://rankmath.com/my-account/ download, install, and activate the Rank Math PRO plugin in addition to the basic version.
Rank Math PRO is built on top of the basic version to keep the plugins robust and lightweight. You’ll need both of them to be installed and activated at the same time so that the PRO version will work.
You can go through this short video tutorial that shows you how to get started with your PRO/Business license:

Once you have activated the PRO plugin, please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the Disconnect Account button and then the Connect Now button.
You will be taken to RankMath.com again, where you can connect your account to activate your license.

I have and I can see this option when I select products on their own.
The option I don’t have is bulk editing primary categories.
