Hello, is it possible to change the URL that appears in the panel? The link to my wp-admin is different from the site’s default domain, as I use Controle for the domain. Every time I send a URL, it appears as if the URL does not exist. Please see the image I am showing. https://i.imgur.com/cVxyMUL.png

Is it possible to change this URL in the panel and remove the “Controle”?

I don’t know if that’s exactly it. It’s because I use the panel https://controle.flamengoinfo.com/ and my main domain is https://flamengoinfo.com/. So every time I submit a post, it gives an error on instant indexing, saying the URL is wrong. Everything pulls to the wp-admin dashboard and not the main domain.

Hello,

Error 422 indicates that there is an error in the data being set using the instant indexing tool. First, make sure your WordPress Address and Site Address settings match. To do that, go to your WordPress dashboard under Settings > General as shown in the screenshot:

If setting the WordPress address and site address does not work, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

I tried to do that first option you mentioned, but it is not possible, because I use two hosts and it seems that there is a conflict. One is for the dashboard and one is for the home site. I’ve noticed that if I schedule a post at least 5 minutes later, it submits correctly. Anyway, I’ll send the data so you can have a look.

Hello,

I have logged in to your site to take a look at the issue, and I can tell, like my colleague mentioned, that the issue is caused by the special URL configuration of your site. Unfortunately, right now it is not possible to fix the issue on your site without directly modifying the plugin code, which is not recommended, as the changes will be lost on the next update.

I have added the issue to our bug tracker, and we will let you know as soon as we have a fix for it. Thank you for your patience in this matter.
