Could you please confirm if you’re using WooCommerce for your products?

If so, you can use the WooCommerce Product Schema as it fetches all the data from the products automatically according to your settings and makes your products schema ready. You won’t need to configure the ratings/reviews from your visitors/users as well.

However, if you’re using a different plugin to get the reviews, you may refer to our guide here to fetch the review data and insert the variable to fetch the review data:
