Query re settings - Support

Rank Math free

Hi

I have Rank Math on my website but when i try to log in to RankMath via a browser it says I have no site connected. I can’t see any option for ‘adding’ a site would you be able to advise how I do that?

1. Disconnect Your Website:
  - Go to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help inside your WordPress admin area.
  - Choose Disconnect Account as shown in the screenshot below:

2. Reconnect Your Website:
  - After disconnecting, click on Connect Now.

It’s not doing it on the website. That’s fine. It’s if I access rankmath on the browser I have no website showing. Debbie

In that case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

Hi, apologies I don’t think i’m being very clear.

If i log into my account on http://www.rankmath.com that’s where it shows no connected website.

My website is showing everything as being linked and connected.

Hello,

You may need to disconnect your website and connect it again to your Rank Math account so the website will be added to your account dashboard

If that is still not working, then we may need to investigate the issue further by logging in to your site.
